Rules for students and parents

Attendance

Students must attend at least 75% of working days to sit for the annual examination.

Arriving late

The gate closes at [7:50 am]. A student who comes after that waits at the office until the first period ends.

Leave

Send a written leave application signed by a parent. For three or more days of illness, attach a doctor's note.

Uniform

Full uniform on all working days; house T-shirt on [Saturdays]. The school does not sell uniforms — any shop may be used.

Mobile phones

Students may not bring mobile phones. A phone found in school is returned only to a parent.

Fees

Fees are due by the [10th] of each month. A late fee is charged after that; see the fee structure for the amount.

Parent–teacher meetings

One meeting each term. Dates are sent by SMS and put on the notice board.

Complaints and requests

Write to the principal, or ask at the office for a complaint slip. Every complaint gets a reply within a week.
