Is there really a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on every plan, with the full ERP switched on, and no card required. You only pay if you decide to keep it.

What counts as a “student”?

Active students on your roll for the current session. Alumni and transferred records don’t count toward your plan limit.

How do parents’ fee payments work?

Online fees settle straight to your school’s own bank account through Razorpay Route. Eduhost never holds that money and takes no cut of a school fee — the plan price is all you pay us.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Yearly billing gives you two months free.

Do you charge per module?

No. Your plan decides which modules are available; you turn on the ones you use. There’s no per-module add-on.

What about GST?

Prices shown exclude 18% GST, which is added on your invoice as required.
