Can I try it before paying?

There is no free trial. You pay for the plan you pick and start using it the same day. If it isn’t right for your school, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund all of it. Want to see it first? Ask for a guided demo on our Contact page.

What counts as a “student”?

Active students on your roll for the current session. Alumni and transferred records don’t count toward your plan limit.

How do parents’ fee payments work?

Online fees go straight into your school’s own Razorpay account, and from there to its bank. Eduhost never holds that money and takes no cut of a school fee — the plan price is all you pay us.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Paying for 6 months or a year costs less a month.

Do you charge per module?

No. Your plan decides which modules are available; you turn on the ones you use. There’s no per-module add-on.

What about GST?

Prices shown exclude 18% GST, which is added on your invoice as required.
