Eduhost is delivered online — there's nothing physical to ship. Here's how and when access is provisioned.

A digital service — nothing is shipped

Eduhost is software delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods to ship, and therefore no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses involved.

How access is delivered

On signup. When a school signs up, its own subdomain and private database are provisioned and access is made available online — usually within minutes.
On subscription. When a paid plan is activated, the corresponding modules and limits are applied to the account online, with no further delivery step.
Where to find it. You reach the service at your school's subdomain (your-school.eduhost.in) and by signing in with the credentials created at signup.

If access hasn't arrived

If your account or access hasn't been provisioned when you expected, contact us at gigacode.in@gmail.com with your school name and we'll sort it out. Billing questions are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
